This week was made up of naps on the couch…

Hours playing at the track outside riding scooters, kicking soccer balls, and running…

A daddy and Clara date to a toy store (where Clara bought the stuffed fox she’s been saving up for)…

And writing letters to our financial partners while some of us play LEGO.

We’re pretty exhausted and despite our non-traditional work schedule this summer, could use a break! Maybe it’s the cultural and language differences? Maybe it’s the kids not sleeping well? Either way, we’re looking forward to the weekend and a short camping trip we’re taking with friends from church. It’ll be nice to get to know them better, spend some time in the woods, and sleep in a tent again.
