What. A. Week.
We have about 10 hours worth of stories from earlier this week that would have you laughing, gasping, groaning, and lamenting with us. From a UHaul pickup fail to forgetting important documents for an important meeting to finally unloading everything into our apartment, it’s been a long and fun and full week.

The team here in Québec is amazing. They have fed us, let us sleep on their beds, loaned us their car, unpacked boxes, ironed curtains, put together furniture, watched our kids, and encouraged us more than they’ll ever know. They are already becoming aunts and uncles to our kids and dear friends to me and Allen.

When you buy everything you need for a life in West Africa and then God moves you to Eastern Canada instead, there’s a lot adjusting that needs to take place… and a lot of « future use » items that have to be tucked away in storage for a while. So we have about 159 boxes left to unpack and various bits of furniture to assemble.

Thank you for praying for us, supporting us, and encouraging us. To God be the glory for the great things He has done.
