Day 11

We’re officially on our way back to Canada!

After a nice church service this morning (that ended with sweet Ashlyn’s baptism and a time of prayer for me and Allen), we ate lunch with Fred and Betty (and saw my former boss, Luke, and three of his kiddos), gassed up the UHaul, and headed out of town! We miss everyone already, but it feels good to be stepping out in faith to what God has called us to.

We made it to Tok tonight after traversing lots of frost heaves and being passed by countless cars on the highway. And we saw a bald eagle, a fox, and a moose.

Tomorrow, we will do our border crossing first thing in the morning. We’re also applying for our new work visas and importing all of our goods, so please pray that all goes smoothly.
