Good Friday

On Sunday, our Pastor shared from Matthew 26 about the Lord’s Supper. It was such a sweet reminder that Jesus points us forward, from the doorposts in Egypt to the cross at Golgotha, from the slain lamb to the Spotless Lamb, from death and enslavement to eternal life and freedom in Him.

This weekend, as we remember Jesus’ death on the cross and celebrate His resurrection, we pray that you’ll see it with new eyes: with eyes that recognize our sin, that rejoice in the grace available from God the Father through His Son, and accept His forgiveness so freely offered.

Christ is risen! He is risen, indeed.
