Happy Friday! We were on our mid-term break this week, so we had a little more free time than usual (yay!) and this week was super fun.
But before we dive into our favorites, know that plans are moving forward for us to enroll in our classes for next term (May-July)! We have a couple options (we can either advance to the next level or take a “Conversation” class), so we’re excited to see how it pans out.
Oh, also, we shared our February 2021 newsletter this week! Click here if you missed it.
My parents were in town for a few days! We spent most of our time hanging out at our house in between French study sessions…
…but we were able to go to the Walnut Street Bridge here in Chattanooga. It’s a pedestrian-only bridge that offers beautiful views of downtown! The weather was gorgeous, there were very few people out, and we just had a nice time.
I surprised Allen with a new face mask… and then we had a contest to see who wore it better. Thoughts?
Another tummy bug hit our house (praise God, this round was much easier to endure!)…
… so we ended up spending a lot of the week playing with Legos…
… and playing dress up. Hudson couldn’t decide if he wanted to be Buzz or Woody.
Also, a few weeks ago, we shared with a girls’ Bible study group at our sending church in Alaska. This week, some of those girls, along with their sweet mama, decided they wanted to help support the ministry God has called us to. It’s always so cool when God plugs other people into His plan for reaching the nations.
The weather yesterday was beautiful, and we were all feeling okay, so we headed to the neighborhood playground. Can you find Ruth and Clara in the picture below?
And that’s about it! Have a blessed weekend, friends!
