Anywhere. Anything. Abundantly More.
I’m happy to report that as of Friday, we could officially navigate to and from our language classes without using the maps on our iPhones!
Now, if morning traffic causes us to miss our exit, we are re-routed due to an accident, or something else messes up our flow, forget about it. And I still get lost every time I try to get to Walmart. But we know where grocery stores are, we found a church we like, and we have a rhythm
I should say we had a rhythm. Because, of course, kids got sick this weekend. It’s just colds (#NotCovid), but I missed classes yesterday and today to keep them home and hopefully help them get better soon. That means movies and popsicles, lots of reading, and cuddles on the couch in between playing and eating fruit.
Oh, and pretend naps on the gym floor when the apartment started feeling too small.
Here’s how you can pray for us this week:
We’re so thankful that God is with us and He is mighty to save. Without His strength and grace, all of this would be too much. But through Christ, we are more than conquerors (Romans 8:37). When we walk through the fire, we will not be burned. The flames will not set us ablaze (Isaiah 43:2).
Christ is with us. He is with us. He is with us.
So I guess that’s all, friends. Have a great week!
“He is with us!”
“His steadfast love endures forever!”
