This week was mostly characterized by playing in the dirt (be it Hudson playing with his dump truck in the dust or Allen helping with projects out in the field), pre-school activities, and preparing for Sunday’s service (we’re sharing at Bonanza Community Church, Bonanza, OR!).
Below are a few of our favorites from the week.
Last Friday, we spent the morning at a playground in Bonanza and enjoyed ice cream and popsicles from the General Store afterwards. Bonanza is a small town (about 1/3 the size of Palmer, for those in Alaska) and it was fun to enjoy the sunshine at the park and with some snacks!
Hudson discovered he can push his dump truck down the driveway. He loves watching it roll quickly through the dust and bumps… especially when it’s full of dirt in the back.
Ruth and Clara colored and assembled cardboard airplanes after preschool one day and got to fly them in the wind and sunshine. And we enjoyed some sleep, some cooler weather, and coffee. It is so good to see everyone looking genuinely happy. The joy of Christ is on each one of you as you continue to wait on the Lord to make a way for the next step in your families journey. He is faithful and His timing is perfect. Lord we are asking for you to make a way.
