With each lesson we write, I’m more and more thankful that my salvation is not dependent on what I do, but on what Jesus Christ did on the cross.

Apart from Christ, there is no good in me and I could never perform enough to meet His standard. And yet, by asking His forgiveness, surrendering my life to Him, and trusting Him, I have eternal life.

Today’s lesson is about Abraham’s example of faith. He simply believed the promises God made Him and was declared righteous.
