Happy first Friday in 2020!
We missed last week’s Friday Favorites post – we were visiting my family in Oregon from Dec. 19-26. Then, we had our own little family Christmas on the 27th. We included some of our favorite pictures of both our trip and our Christmases below, plus some highlights from this week. Enjoy!
Our trip to Oregon was full of shopping trips with my mama…

Celebrating my dad’s birthday…

Sleepy Christmas Eve services…

Fun board games with a patient cousin…

And lots of sweet time with family.

We celebrated our first Christmas as a family of five back at home. It was so sweet seeing Hudson standing next to his sisters opening stockings…

And we loved our lazy day at home, celebrating Jesus’ birth and enjoying new toys, cups of coffee, and yummy food.

Since then, it’s been back to work for me and back to a “normal” routine for Allen and the kids. We’ve played in the snow…

Taken car naps…

Played Candy Land…

And spent time with friends over coffee and puppy play dates (not simultaneously!). I’ve been friends with these lovely ladies for over half my life. We were all able to get together over coffee this week and we laughed for hours over inside jokes, life, and all the things.

We are really looking forward to our Imaginings Party tomorrow. And as we start 2020, we want to encourage you to Imagine some things, too.
For example, if you imagine being more plugged into God’s global work, you can make that happen by joining our partnership team. We are only about $1,500 short of being fully funded! A committed monthly gift of $70 is about 1% of our support and helps our family get to the field and stay there. Interested? Click HERE to learn more.
Happy New Year, friends! May it be the best yet as we strive to follow the Lord together.
