Tuesday Talk

“What day is it?”
“It’s today,” squeaked Piglet.
“My favorite day,” said Pooh.
– A.A. Milne

Happy Tuesday, friends! We had such a relaxing weekend with our friends at their lake cabin, but it always feels good to be back home. Here are a few pictures of our adventure (and we share some prayer requests below!):

This week, we are praying for God’s blessings in our partnership development and pre-field work as we meet with friends, hear what God is doing in their lives, and share about Togo. I am also starting a couple of online classes this week (Methods of Bible Study and Missional Theology) as requirements for pre-field.

We have several partners who are experiencing some health situations and several who are traveling. Please join us in praying for wisdom for doctors and for safety!

Hudson James turns 5 months old today. His top two teeth came in over the weekend, he can roll over well, and he loves playing in his little saucer. I don’t even know how many mosquito bites he got over the weekend (mostly at night while we were trying to slepe, poor guy!), but praise God we don’t have to worry about malaria yet. We are thankful for our healthy, growing boy.

Let us know how we can be praying for you – thank you for following along on this adventure God has called us to and for supporting our family. And look for our June newsletter this Wednesday – can you believe it’s almost the end of the month?!

Have a great “today” and a happy week!

  1. Praying for baby Hudson to overcome the attacks via the Alaskan state birds! Seriously the mosquitoes here are monster like, also praying for the fellow missionaries who are dealing with sickness.
